About Me

My name is Nakul Gangolli (if you did not know that already :p). I am currently a senior at Rutgers University- New Brunswick/Piscataway. I am studying Astrophysics there and have been doing research there since the summer of 2015. Most of my research done at Rutgers can be found here here and my research at CIERA here . Other than research my academic interests fall quite far away. I love reading about history and current events, I hope to use this later in my life to make science and especially physics more accessible to the public. Additionally, I love to do a lot of outdoor activities, like hiking, rock climbing, and playing tennis. I love to tell jokes and have fun. My parents are from India, and my heritage plays an important role in who I am. I believe in hardwork and completing the job no matter what. Once I start something, I finish it. I also have a younger brother who goes to Georgia Tech studying Aerospace engineering (we have the same letters in our name, so it makes sense we decided to do very similar fields).
