My name is Beverly Lowell, and I am a senior Astrophyiscs student at Illinois Institute of Technology. I hope to continue studying physics and astrophysics in graduate school. I was forunate enough to participate in the NSF-funded CIERA REU at Northwestern University this summer. I worked under Dr. André de Gouvêa, a professor in the Particle Physics department.
