Thanks for Visiting My Website!

I am so thankful to have gotten the chance to do research this summer as a part of the CIERA REU program funded by the NSF. I have loved getting to explore and learn more about the vast, marvelous universe we live in!

I am currently set to graduate Wheaton College (IL) in May 2018. I will earn a Bachelor's of Science in Physics, graduate with a teaching certification, and a minor in Mathematics. I am incredibly thankful for all that my professors and peers have taught me. In general, my future plans include studying physics my whole life: through research, teaching, and schooling. Whatever I do, my aim is to glorify God and further His Kingdom here on Earth.

I love my family dearly and they have played an incredibly significant role in shaping who I am today. I am one of three children to unconditionally loving parents. I also have an English Springer Spaniel who is named Bonnie Joy. My family has expanded to include a wonderful sister-in-law and a niece. My favorite hobby is being her aunt (By the way, she is objectively the cutest baby in the world).

I am also a lover of the performing arts. I am a musical theater nerd, dance ballet in my living room, and can be frequently found singing at a piano. I love getting to express myself in ways that words simply cannot reach.

I am passionate about educating others about physics, empowering women and other underrepresented groups to pursue careers in physics, and the intersection of the Christian faith and science. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions!
